The Beauty of Fat

I'm no fat phobe, but I never realized that I could actually age myself faster by skimping on healthy fat sources like avocados, almonds, fatty fish and olive oil. Turns out that many of the vitamins your body needs to keep skin looking healthy and hydrated, like vitamins A and E, are fat soluble.

Translation? Your body needs a little bit of fat in order to full absorb them. So more fat = less flaking, wrinkles and irritation.
I'll eat to that.
