Think your tired-looking peepers keep you looking from your youthful best? You're hardly alone: according to an article in the New York Times, 53 percent of Clinique users say that under-eye circles and puffiness is their no. 1 beauty concern. One woman even created a blog about her battle with dark circles. No surprise that beauty companies report that lotions and potions to make eyes look brighter and younger are flying off the shelf. Sad news: Yves Saint Laurent died yesterday at age 71. Although best known for his fashion designs, he was a legend in the beauty world, too, thanks to his incredible line of cosmetic products. They offered everyday women like me a touch of true glamour--without the prohibitive price tag of a couture dress. My favorite: Touche Eclat concealer, which makes over-tired eyes bright and gorgeous. His eyeshadows are brilliant, too.
